Yes, we have a Solar Battery system that allows the RPT-9000 to operate on Solar Power and provide backup battery power for up to 10 days depending on the configuration.

The RPT-9000 Hybrid System is typically made up of (2) units when not talking to a FPT-5000.

Each unit, which has both a RF and Fiber components system will use the following power:

Voltage = 90-230vac or  24/48 VDC

Watts = 35
Amps = .3

Watts dissipated per hour = 50

The unit can support either 90-230vac, 24vdc or 48vdc power. Many units are installed with solar power battery systems or with 48DC to AC power inverters. The units use no more than 50 watts of power.
