The RPT-9000 is a carrier class cellular extender and repeater for CDMA, GSM and AMPs. The unit can expand cellular coverage without adding a new cellular switch. In most applications this can save up to 90% of a new switch installation. Distances of up to 95km/60 miles* can be obtained. Use of the RPT-9000 does not require the authorization of cellular service providers or licenses.
Typical applications include filling valleys and shadow areas. Cellular extension to rural areas, underground tunnels, large buildings, emergency areas and just about any location with limited or non existent cellular reception.

Long distance, Bidirectional link
The RPT-9000 extends cellular service up to 95km/60 miles with complete bidirectional service. This allows for full voice and data applications with no restrictions on the services you are accustomed to. If your cellular phone supports Internet, email or SMS you will receive the same service over the repeater.
Extend multiple cellular providers
When extending cellular service with RPT-9000, the capability to repeat more than one cellular provider is possible. If the cellular towers for multiple providers are in the range of the Pickup (donor) antenna, those services will be repeated since the RPT-9000 is agnostic to the provider and repeats everything in the designated frequency. Since the cellular frequency is licensed and owned only by the cellular providers, you receive their services and nothing else. In addition there are antenna options for cell towers that are not in the same location.
Reach hard to reach places with the optional Fiber option
Some applications do not have line of site communications. There may be a large hill or object blocking site back to the cellular tower or you may need to provide service to the users with the same problem. The RPT-9000 has an optional RF to Fiber converter option (FPT-5000) that extends the RF signal over fiber optic cable. By running armored fiber optic cable above or below ground from the RPT-9000 to either the Fill or Donor antenna, you can place the antenna in a location where you obtain line of site for either the cellular tower or users.
The alternative to Satellite, Wi-Fi and Phone lines
Providing emergency voice services to rural, underground or hard to reach places can be a challenge. A popular choice is satellite which can be effective in certain applications except for the high cost, complex technical equipment and restrictions not inherent in cellular services.
